I am happy to inform you that IceNet's ISP business has been acquired by You Telecom India Pvt Ltd. You Telecom is a national level ISP with 1.50 lac Broadband customers across 11 cities in India. You Telecom have major plans for executing a Triple Play vision (VoIP, Video & Data) in the Indian Internet market .You Telecom is a company owned by Citigroup Venture Capital International (CVCI) which is part of Citi Group. I am glad that Internet business of IceNet is merging in to a larger entity having national footprint and larger resource pool. I am confident that IceNet and You Telecom together will take this business to a new height.
