ISDN Advantage:
There
was a minimum usage charge of Rs.5,000/month on ISDN connections.
This has been removed by DoT from the 1st May 1999 onwards.
ISDN line rent is Rs.1,000 per month. The subscriber gets 2 Digital
lines of 64Kbps each. ISDN lines are therefore, economically affordable
and are the future in high-speed communication.
